Who say Christians can’t have fun? Last night where we least expected, in Woddford Café, the sweet voices of Isaac Blackman and the Love Circle astonished all present.
The place started off filling very slowly, but by 10 o’clock the bar areas were packed, the patrons were squeezing through, and the restaurant had many filled stomachs. It was so packed that I had to step outside the crammed club to think .

As the band came on to tune up, many faces looked on wondering who was going to perform. As Isaac and family took center stage, they brought greetings and exalted the name of Christ. Isaac spoke a little of the purpose of being in the café and about the tour and began with ‘World Changer’.
With all eyes glued intensely on him, the patrons focussed on his every word. Feet began tapping, heads bobbed and bodies swayed from side to side. As the songs began to roll out, the sweet sounds of Jamoo resonated in the air.
As Isaac sang ‘Sweet Music’ joined by sweet Indian instrumentals, the crowd wooed, raised their hands, dipped and rocked to the music and Nehilet kept it upbeat with her antics and ebullient persona.
As the tabla rolled, an Indian guest artiste sang along with Isaac. The duo showed amazing chemistry!

In another featured song, ‘Holiday’, he sang of feeling like a brand new person and celebrated a great life with wife and mother of his newborn, Dixie Ann Blackman (congrats ya'll the baby's so cute!!).
The drummer continued to show off skills and drummed with excitement!
I must admit it surpassed my expectations and many were impressed. It went to show the power of God through music mustn’t be restricted to the church alone. Wherever the Lord wills, His word to be spoken/sung of.
Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature..
It must be done! Great job Isaac!
