The Save Baby Lyam Tour

Babies… We love them. From the way they laugh and smile, to their wonderful smell, to the way they look at you with those needy, depending and trusting eyes. Yes, they make the toughest of hearts become soft with their smiles of kindness and innocence. For many those smiles cannot show what is really happening inside and for one child this is his reality…

Lyam Bolivar of Brasso Vando of Flanagin Town, was born on 17th October 2008. He now has a serious condition which remains undiagnosed. The need for assistance was first brought to our attention by Lyam’s family friend, Renaldo Clarke aka Radical.

He has been in ministry for over ten years but has been together with his band ( Radical Child and the Saints) for seven. He was about to begin promotion for a local tour when he was made aware of Lyam’s plight.

‘God has a way of changing things around to suit His will and His way .It was at that point God told me to change the whole idea of this tour not just to assist Lyam's family financially, but to prove to the world that there is power in unity.’ Radical says.

He believes that his band, the saints of the body of Christ, and  ministers on board the SAVE BABY LYAM tour can make a difference within the hearts and minds of the people throughout T&T and the rest of the world.

It is known that baby Lyam requires further evaluation and tests at the Miami Children's Hospital, U.S.A. for the rare disease; of course to undergo such a case can be expensive. The needed expertise and facilities for his evaluation is not available in Trinidad and Tobago. The cost of testing and diagnosing the child alone cost US $239,079.oo and does not include physician fees which are billed separately.

The fund raising tour is carded to launch on Saturday, February 26 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at the Redemption Tabernacle, IPA Siparia church.
