Rocking Reggae For You

What better way to start off the week other than with some of the best in Gospel! This morning I thought that it would be nice to share with you what some of our favorite artiste are up to. I have this morning lined up the songs that I listen to day in and day out. I hope that you are blessed.

First up is none other than Mr Gardner being featured in the most electrifying music video with spanish Gospel artiste Tapon. Tapon (Cristian Gomez Vargas) was raised in in ghetto area called El Poro in the Southern part of San Jose. At an early age he was influenced by the likes of Mc Hammer, Kiss Kross and Snow. He later began to evolve his musical abilities as he experimented with Reggae and has been able to maintain many chart topping songs. To my surprise he has also done albums through Sony Music and has visitied many countries such as Honduras, Guetemala, Venezuela, Panama  Jamaica and many others. He has fused the Spanish with the Reggae and has even sung songs in 'Patois'. With accomplishing performances such as that, it lead him to do free styles against Bunju Banton, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, Bounty Killer... (and killed it I'm sure!) After ten years in the secular industry he has whole heartedly given over his life to Christ and is shaking up the old way of spreading the Gospel to the youths. Have a look at one of his videos featuring Sherwin Gardner.

We come back home to Positive with Got To Be Ready! (I LOVE THIS TUNE!) I remember when he firlst let me hear this song. My face LIT UP and I grabbed his shoulder and said 'This tune hard! It large'.

I cannot express what it does inside but I feel eager for God's love when I sing this song. To see him sing it leaves nothing but a smile on all of our faces as you can identify what it does for him when his majestic voice fills the room. I ask all to receive the song with open hearts just enjoy his expression of worship. I rate this! I can't wait for the second album...

Jamoo to the world! Accroding to Eldon Blackman in his latest video Sing A Melody he said 'Sometimes when you wake up, all you need is a melody to sing along', and this just may be the one that you need. With very soothing rhythms it's the perfect way to bring a little calm to your day. With fun and playfulness expressed in the video, it's sure to be one of your favorites too!

There's none like Jah and I agree with J Square fully! Just the type of song that makes me bob my head and tune into the God's frequency. The praises go up and blessing downloaded in this song. I love the selection of site for the shoot and their laid back demeanor. Wonderfully expressed worship!

Try Jah Love by Christafari is another pleaser that makes me rock my cares away. Hearing the sensational voice of Avion makes me love it more! Taste and see that the Lord is GOOD!

  • Esther James John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

When Jesus was on earth, a woman caught in the act of adultery was brought before Him by the scribes and Pharisees, the religious mafia of His day. They tried to trap Him by posing a question that was difficult to answer: "Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?" (John 8:5)

Jesus answered, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." (John 8:7) The scribes and Pharisees began to leave one by one till none of them were left.

The people in the crowd who wanted to condemn the woman could not. But Jesus, the only one in the crowd who truly had the power to condemn her, would not. He then asked her, "Woman... Has no one condemned you?" (John 8:10)

He spoke such words of grace to her because He loved her. Also, by asking her the question, He was giving her a chance to speak words of no condemnation to herself - "No one [condemns me], Lord." (John 8:11)

Jesus not only spoke words of grace to her, He also gave her the gift of no condemnation - "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more". It was when she received the gift of no condemnation that she had the power to "go and sin no more".

Today, you have the gift of no condemnation because the Son of God was condemned for all your sins. (Romans 8:1) Today, God cannot condemn you when you sin because He is faithful and just to what His Son has done.

So if the devil tries to convince you that God is angry with you when you blow it, just say, "God does not condemn me today because He has already condemned Jesus at the cross 2,000 years ago!"

Unfortunately, we still hear people saying, "Go and sin no more first, then I won't condemn you." Maybe you have been saying this to yourself too. But God says, "I don't condemn you. Go and sin no more." He gives you the gift of no con-demnation, so that you have the strength to go and sin no more!

    Thought For The Day

You have the gift of no condemnation because the Son of God was condemned for all your sins.
